My darling impertinent, dear impertinent,

The Yellow Vests movement is still in everyone’s memory.

Furthermore, we had to be severely lacking in political flair to let this crisis take hold as the government of the time and Macron were able to do.

This crisis was linked to a few extra cents that the government wanted to put on diesel.

Our country, historically eruptive, has logically “exploded”!

It was predictable.

However, the whole country was not yellow vest.

Also logical and predictable.

A large part of the population does not depend on the “car” as a means of subsistence, as a work tool and as the only means of transport. Overall, city dwellers have become accustomed in recent years (often forced and forced to pass) to do without cars in favor of public transport.

Half of France was yellow vests and the other half didn’t see where the problem lay at all.

Energy concerns all French people!

The problem with crazy energy prices is that they affect all French people. Absolutely everything.

The potential for revolt is therefore monumental and the reservoir of discontent is almost infinite.

From the French in the cities to the French in the countryside, everyone has to warm up, and even more so among the French in the cities, because the French in the countryside who yesterday were Yellow Vests, generally have a wood stove, a wood pellet stove and a small supply. in advance. The French in the cities heat only with gas or electricity.

The bills will be so painful that they cannot be paid.

To avoid missed payments, take it in advance and foresee the problem.

And the unions are also on high alert on the matter. This means that the crisis in the energy and heating bills is obviously foreseeable. Furthermore, for businesses it has already begun and nothing is being done … or very little.

Still too little.

Always too late.

Always with people’s money.

Terrible improvisation.

Terrible inconsistency of public authorities.

Energy becomes “inaccessible” for “millions” of workers, warn European trade unions

Rising electricity and gas prices make the energy bills of millions of Europeans “priceless”, the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC) warned in a press release on Tuesday.

“About 9.5 million workers were already struggling to pay their energy bills” before inflation hit a record high of 9.1% in a year in August in the euro zone, the ETUC says, based on one study by the European Trade Union Institute. From July 2021 to July 2022 the cost of gas and electricity increased by 38% across Europe “and continues to rise”. Consequently, in sixteen member states of the European Union (EU) including France, “workers paid the minimum wage must set aside the equivalent of a month’s wages or more to continue to have light and heat at home”, the trade unions deplore. In 2021, this was the case in only eight of the twenty-seven EU Member States.

In 2022, an Estonian worker has to work twenty-six more days than in 2021 to pay the annual energy bill and a Dutch worker twenty days more. In Slovakia, Greece, the Czech Republic and Italy, “the average annual energy bill now represents more than a month’s salary for an asset paid at the average salary” in your country, the ETUC points out. “When the annual bill costs more than a month’s salary, there are no tricks to save money. These prices are simply inaccessible to millions of people today.CES Deputy Secretary General Esther Lynch is alarmed, quoted in the press release.

The trade unions therefore call on European governments, who will meet at the weekend in Prague to discuss energy issues, to “put an end to unsustainable price increases”. Source Le Figaro.fr here

Energy prices must be limited

In France, this is called the tariff shield.

It is essential.

We cannot do otherwise.

Through our geopolitics we have created a terrible crisis with our Russian neighbor.

We cannot pay the price for it except at the price of an unprecedented economic collapse.

We will be forced to “subsidize” energy prices.

It will increase deficits, it will reduce the value of our currency, it will increase monetary inflation.

The sad choice is between monetary inflation or energy price inflation.

A brilliant policy, therefore, which is that of the European Union which dreams of being powerful and powerful but which is only a paper tiger, without energy, without natural resources, soon without industry.

A sinking Europe led by donkeys.

It is already too late, but all is not lost.

Prepare yourself!
