DEGREE STUDIES – Last Monday the dean of the college gave us this Latin quote “Non de ponte cadit qui cum sapientia vadit” that is: “Whoever advances wisely does not fall off the bridge”.

He forgot to mention one thing: that you could fall off the bridge, swim up the river upstream and land on the other side again. It’s just longer and harder.

The student card: the card of all possibilities

The one I’m 11 years older than my classmates on. What it means: there you go, it’s up to you, have fun.

Last Monday, in the amphitheater, I felt consoled to be where I should have been 11 years ago, where I feel legitimate… I deserved this place!

It would be a lie to say that anything is possible that it is only a matter of will. When we want we can, it doesn’t exist. It’s not the perfect time to jump, the perfect time has already passed, but I think I’ve come out of the river and I’m about to take the bridge I jumped 11 years ago. This time, in full.

It would be a lie to say that anything is possible that it is only a matter of will. When we want we can, it doesn’t exist.

Feel legitimate and in the right place

And I think of all those who still struggle in front of crawling in the rapids. To all those who rest on a rock because the current has exhausted them. To all those who are afraid to take the bridge again or who cannot even imagine crossing it … Believe in yourself and in your dreams … Whatever they are.

It’s not just the bridge … There are paths that allow you to go around it, there is the river that the most ferocious can cross … There are a whole series of possibilities. You are legitimate, in your choices, in your life, and I wish you to find your bridge, to cross it without incident and to go even further, higher and higher, to be in your place, where you have always wanted to be.

There is no more legitimate path than others there are only a few illuminated by street lamps while you will have to walk in the dark and without candles to light the others.

But whatever happens, you are legitimate and aspire to the best … Believe in yourself!
